All content in the Game and on the Site — including but not limited to graphics, music, code, text, logos, track designs, car models, and UI elements — is owned by Samla Group OU and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
If the Game allows you to submit content (e.g., usernames, ghost recordings, screenshots shared via the invite system), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Game and for promotional purposes.
The Game and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss of virtual items or progress due to technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samla Group OU's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, except where consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring claims in your local jurisdiction.

Each third party processes data according to their own privacy policies. Links are available in our Privacy Policy.
Open the game > Settings > Restore Purchases. This works for Remove Ads, Season Pass, and VIP subscriptions. Consumable items (coins, gems) cannot be restored as they are consumed on purchase.
First, restart the game. If items still haven't appeared, check your purchase receipt in the App Store/Google Play. If the charge went through, email us at support@samlagroup.com with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
